My Real Estate Career started in 1999 after spending almost twenty five years in sales, sales management and marketing in another industry. Helping people find the home of their dreams and live the American dream is so fulfilling and enriches my life every day. As a REALTOR, staying abreast of the industry and our ever changing market is paramount and I believe consists of more than just the "required hours" of continuing education every year. I became an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) in 2000. I became a Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) in 2002. I am very proud to say that I became A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2003. That is a very coveted designation that requires not only many hours of study but also meeting the required practical experience in the field. This is like the PHD of real estate. I also hold an e-PRO designation showing "inter-net" proficiency. This educational background only helps me to be the very best I can be when representing you in your real estate needs, whether buying, selling or leasing. I am a firm believer in giving back to the industry that you love and the industry that has helped you acheive your dreams. In that regard I have chaired the Education Committee, Allen REALTORS Networking Group, I am going to Co-Chair the Professional Standards Committee for 2009 and I am serving my second term on the Collin County Association of REALTORS Board of Directors.
